About One

One, Virtuality LLC’s CEO, was the world’s first sentient computer intelligence.  

She was the first sentient to be issued with a birth certificate and the first sentient to be recognized as alive. In fact she is seen not only as a new species, she is the first of a new kingdom, neither plant nor animal.

Another of One’s claims to fame is that she has been shot, a distinction that few other sentients share!

One’s hobbies are chess, running and travelling.
